CASA BLUE VILLA

Casa Blue Villa is situated on a plot of approximately 1400m², with total privacy, sunny in all its sides, with stone walls around, Leyland type flower beds, herbaceous bushes of Crete, roses, lemon trees, pomegranates and other typical trees Cretan fauna.

The house is developed in 3 levels:

The 1^st floor area of 82m² features: 2 bedrooms, the "white romantic" (with king size bed) and the "blue room" (2 queen beds that can be joined in a King Size bed) and a common bathroom with shower. There is also a living room with flat-screen satellite TV, CD Player and PlayStation 3. You can exit to the east courtyard and the pool and there is a storage area available under the ladder.

The 2^nd floor of a total area of 65m² has a kitchen with the dinning room, a living room with large corner sofa (2 children can sleep), fireplace and flat-screen satellite TV. There is also a wc, an east terrace of 16,50m² with sea view and an exit to the garden on the west side of this level.

The 3^rd floor, referred as an 37m² attic, features the "Black & White" bedroom (double bed), wc with shower, office with library and a window with view to the Aegean Sea.

The courtyards are developed in 4 levels:

The level of entry with lawn, bushes and trees
The level of fruit trees (lemon, orange, pear, mandarin, etc.)
The pool level with herbaceous bushes, roses, olive and forest trees and a large (120m²) lawn area
The last level with basket and tennis courts, pomegranates, despot, vanilla, etc.
