Q: How can I reserve a villa?

A: You can send us a request via our website for specific dates or send us a direct email. We will send you a Quote with full price and a Booking form with reservation and payment details. The villa can not be reserved until we see the deposit amount in our bank account.

Q: How can I do the payment?

A: In order to secure your booking we would require a 30% deposit and the balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. The payment can be done via bank transfer or you can pay with your debit/credit card (debit/credit card payment fee will be charged on Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

Q: What does the rental price include?

A: Villa rental rate includes taxes, electricity and water fees, internet connection, linen and towels and cleaning services. There are no additional charges unless you book extra services such as private chef, daily maid service or similar.

Q: How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

A: You will receive an email when your payments arrive to the company’s or the owner’s account. This email serves as your booking confirmation.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

For cancelations more than 8 weeks before arrival 100% of the total cost is refunded. For cancelations 6 to 8 weeks before arrival 70% of the total cost is refunded. For cancelations 4 to 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the total cost is refunded. For cancelations made less than 4 weeks before arrival or in the case of no-show are subject to no refund.

Q: Is travel insurance necessary?


A: Yes, it is strongly recommended that you arrange comprehensive travel insurance to include accommodation cancellation.

Q: Why do you require my flight details?


A: We need them if you not arrive at the villa at the expected time due to a flight delay he can follow on your arrival time. Please send us your arrival time and flight number and departure time and flight number.

Q: What time is the earliest check-in and latest check-out time?

A: Our Check-in is anytime after 14:00 and Check-out by 10:00. If your arrival or departure day is not a changeover day (guests are not leaving or coming to the villa on the same day) the check-in and check-out time can be more flexible. You will be informed for that 2 days before your Check-in and Check-out.

Q: Who will be welcoming me in the villa?

A: Prior to your arrival you will be provided with a local contact number of the villa manager who will be at your assistance anytime. Your local host will be also welcoming you as well, will take you around the villa and make you familiar with the surroundings.

Q: Are bath and beach towels and linen provided?

A: Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided. The bath towels are for inside use only. The frequency of towels and linen change is twice per week.

Q: Is it possible to book a private chef?

A: We offer exclusive private chef services against extra charge. Please inform us about this request when booking or before your arrival.

Q: Is it possible to book daily maid service?

A: We can offer daily maid service against extra charge. Please inform us about this request when booking or before your arrival.

Q: Is it possible for the swimming pool to be heated?


A: We do not offer the service of heated pool.

Q. What can I do if I leave personal belongings in the villa?


A: Please bear in mind it is your responsibility to ensure that all your belongings are removed from the villa at the end of your holiday. Before departing from your accommodation please ensure you check the villa thoroughly for your personal belongings i.e. the safety box, wardrobes, drawers, under beds, bathroom cabinets, clothes line etc.
